WorkPlace Winners is ONV’s career readiness and economic empowerment platform, designed to move participants from interest to access to action. Through job shadowing, mentorship, and exposure to real-world industries, participants gain clarity and confidence in navigating career pathways.
This platform intentionally connects youth and adults to opportunities in Skilled Trades, Manufacturing, Medical Fields, Technology, Education, and Entrepreneurship, equipping them with practical knowledge, professional habits, and a winning mindset for the workplace.
