She has a true passion for helping people to be the best versions of themselves.  Crystal has 11 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, life stressors, and grief. She gained most of her experience
working at Park Center, Inc. where she completed her internship in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.  Crystal’s true passion is working with individuals dealing with trauma-related issues. She is currently working on becoming certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  This will give her the added abilities to help children and adolescents, who have experienced trauma and grief issues. Crystal believes in meeting people where they are and providing the best care whether through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, Christian Counseling, or Motivational Interviewing.  She enjoys the therapeutic relationship that is formed with each person in which trust is established and hope is regained.

Crystal received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Francis. She enjoys providing trauma-informed trainings and outreach services. Crystal is the founder and current president of The Society of Black Mental Health Professionals in which their mission is to inform,
