A Word from the CEO:
Our Neutral Voices is The Heart Beat for REAL CHANGE. This is our season. Our harvest is rich because of our history. Our tomorrow is greater because we have made the choice to do what is needed to make it better.
It is time for Black America to begin to heal itself, to lead by example so those that come behind us will have a better foundation to build on. We cannot ask nor expect anyone else to do the needed work to make this happen.
Our main focus being Black America does not mean that we are anti any other race and/or ethnic group of people. We will assist any human being we encounter because it is the right thing to do.
Black America as of the day I write this is last in the education sector, but in the top ranking of the prison system numbers. One example of many issues we need to CHANGE PLIGHT of. We have to implement the solutions that will yield us with Real Change. The word WE is intentional! WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The vision of Our Neutral Voices is massive, and will take much sacrifice from many to make it as impactful as it needs to be. WE CANNOT do this alone!
Our journey ahead is a journey of love for our communities. We ask for your prayers as well as your on going support in the following areas:
1. Spiritual Support: We solicit your prayers. We would like you to pray for and with O.N.V (Our Neutral Voices).
2. Financial Support: Your financial support will be one of the major factors in the success of the movement. We know that trust is earned, not given. We welcome that process, and encourage all of our supporters to know that O.N.V is built on good ground. Our 3 Principles are: God, Consistency and Transparency.
3. Political Support: This is to ensure that we are a part of the conversations. We will have representation at the table speaking on our behalf, building relationships and implementing the changes needed to make our communities better.
4. Partnership: We value the importance of partnerships in our journey ahead. We want to get to know and connect with the people and entities that truly understand our mission, and those that want to see REAL CHANGE in our communities, to help us build and sustain growth, now and in the future.
5. Volunteers: Volunteers are needed to help with daily operations and building needed relationships. The people, of the community, helping to build our tomorrow. We, the people, have to put the work in to make real change happen.
Our Neutral Voices is built strategically to bring REAL CHANGE to improve the QUALITY OF LIFE in our communities. Our main focus is Black America, but we will stand with and work alongside any other entity/organization that is willing.
I leave you with these words:
My life is not my life, the choices we make impact everyone around us. Our lives are connected, kill one, another will soon die. Breathe life into someone and life will grow from that life. You REAP WHAT YOU SOW.
The circle of life is real! We are all connected.

A Creed for Black America
I pledge:
I will carry myself in a manner of royalty,
respecting my fellow black brothers and sisters and
all other life that God has given breath to because
it is the right thing to do.
I will uphold the law of the land and respect it because
it is the right thing to do.
I will respect my Mother and Father because
it is the right thing to do.
I will be a part of the productivity of life,
and not the system that was put in place
to snatch the life out of me, because
it is the right thing to do.
I will be a protector and
not a destroyer of my own people because
it is the right thing to do.
I will intentionally seek out and support
Black owned businesses and spend my dollars with them
to help to build our economic stability in America.
I will educate myself because
it is the right thing to do.
We, Black America, have decided to take action
to be intentional about the futureof Black America.
We introduce to you O.N.V. the Pillar for Black America.
